When you walk you will be both burning fat and working the muscles in the area of your love handles.
You should walk often in order to lose your love handles and if possible quickly too. If it is not possible to walk safely where you live you may want to think about investing in a treadmill or a gym membership. You may not think that walking can be beneficial but it definitely is. If you place your hands on your hips you can even feel the muscles flex as you walk and that means your love handles are in the process of disappearing before your very eyes.
Exercise #2 –
Many people hate doing crunches for numerous reasons such as pain in the neck and back and the belief that they are not working as they should. But if you want to get rid of love handles you will have to start doing crunches and sticking to it. You should do both regular crunches as well as twisting crunches for the best results.
